ADMINISTRATOR & INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS PRACTITIONER Dr. Samson Dodzi Fenuku is a seasoned academic and multilingual language expert with over two decades of experience in teaching, translation, interpretation and institutional leadership. Trained in Ghana and Russia, he holds a PhD in Pedagogical Sciences with specialization in Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language, alongside degrees in Public Administration, Translation and International Relations. Until September, 2024, Dr. Fenuku served as the Acting Rector of the Institute of Languages, University of Media, Arts and communication (UniMAC-IL), having previously held positions as Director and Head of School and Head of Department. He is also the founder of the Russian Language Department of the erstwhile Ghana Institute of Languages and has led initiatives facilitating year-abroad programmes in partnership with institutions in Russia. Fluent in English, French, Russian, Ewe, and Twi, he is the Accredited Russian Language Translator for the Russian Embassy in Ghana and Interpreter for international conferences. His scholarly work includes peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and active research in language pedagogy, translation theory, international relations and public administration. Dr. Fenuku is a member of the International Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature (IATRLL) and the Ghana Association of Translators and Interpreters (GATI). He brings to his work a blend of academic rigour, cultural fluency, and a deep commitment to institutional development and international academic collaboration.
