Partnership Talks Between Carrier-Pigeons and The Bank Hospital Take Flight

April 2025 has marked a promising milestone for Carrier-Pigeons Language Services (C-PLaS) as we engaged in two successful meetings with the leadership of The Bank Hospital (TBH), one of Ghana’s premier private healthcare institutions, to explore potential partnership opportunities.

Our initial meeting was held at the office of Mr. Opang, the Chief Operations Officer of TBH on the 22nd of April, 2025. Representing C-PLaS were our Founder and CEO, Dr. Samson Dodzie Fenuku,  Head of General Administration and Consular Services, Mr. George Abrokwah and our Head of Academics and Quality Assurance, Ms. Getrude Wuuri.

Discussions focused on:

  • Introducing C-PLaS and the scope of our language services
  • Identifying the hospital’s pressing language needs
  • Outlining mutual expectations and long-term potential
  • Proposing key areas for immediate collaboration

Together, we explored how our interpretation, translation, and staff language training services could be deployed to augment TBH’s commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and expanding cross-border service capabilities.

The follow-up meeting, which took place at TBH on the 24th of April, 2 days after the initial one, centred around pricing and shared benefits. C-PLaS presented a tailored pricing package, designed to be flexible and responsive to TBH’s operational needs. A brief presentation was conducted to walk through the cost structure and associated benefits, ensuring transparency and alignment.

A Promising Partnership

The meetings concluded on a highly optimistic note, with TBH’s leadership expressing strong interest in the partnership. Mr. Opang assured us that discussions will continue internally, with the final proposal to be submitted to TBH’s board for review and potential approval.

This dialogue marks a significant step forward for both institutions:

  • TBH seeks to enhance its patient experience and cross-border readiness
  • C-PLaS aims to strengthen its footprint in the healthcare sector and affirm its position as a leading provider of language services in Ghana

As talks progress, we remain committed to delivering excellence, promoting accessibility, and advancing multilingual inclusion in critical sectors like healthcare. Stay tuned for further updates.
